We were unable to convert it and ended up having to send it back to France to get a VHS version of the tape. I'm assuming the tape you're getting is one of those little DV cassettes in PAL format. You might have more luck with PAL, but I did a lot of checking around and found no place to do the SECAM conversion. If you find a place, please let us know. Thanks, Dan At 04:34 PM 11/17/99 EST, you wrote: >--- Forwarded Message from peter <[log in to unmask]> --- > >>Date: Tue, 16 Nov 1999 19:00:33 -0500 >>From: peter <[log in to unmask]> >>To: Language Learning and Technology International Information Forum <[log in to unmask]> >>Subject: Digital Video Tape >>References: <[log in to unmask]> > >------------------ >Hi List, > >First, thank you very much to those who responded sometime >ago to my inquiry "mpeg playback problem on laptop >computer".
