Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. This may be rather interesting information for those who are considering setting up streaming video and/or audio servers for their labs. I was told by Dartmouth's Computing Services that the code for the Quicktime Streaming Server runs on RedHat Linux. Since the code is apparently free or in the public domain, an even less expensive solution for digital services is now available. Dartmouth is already operating this type of server successfully.
