Word 2000 for Windows has a spell check and a grammar check in French and Spanish, as well as English. You
can write in other languages, but they are not supported with these tools. Before you utilize these features
of Office 2000 the first time, you have to enable them via start/programs/Microsoft Office Tools/Microsoft
Office Language Settings.   (Actually, this hint appeared in this listserv several weeks (?) ago, and I
tried it.  It works!)
