Joel,

We have just started encoding MPEG1 and MPEG2 files using the Optibase
composer 1000 (?), for editing we will install MPEG Toolbox-2. From the
techies: the Optibase 1000 is a 1/2 D 1 encoder and eventually we want to
go to full D1 encoding with the Optibase Movie Maker 200.
