At last weekend's Northeast Conference I spoke at length with the
representatives of TV5.
This is the situation:
Reception requires a regular domestic dish (not the small 18 inch)
Decoder is the #4DTV (?) - between $600-$1000 obtainable from Channel Digital
(?) 800-457-1210.
Cost per year is $200 ($100 administrative fee plus $100 license) - for
campuswide distribution.
TV5 phone is 888-902-5322.
TV-5 is also available via the Dish Network - but redistribution prices from one
of their receivers/decoders are unclear.
