As much as I *hate* to plug Micorsoft, these tools are nice for us as they don't require learning the subtle differences between Word and another word processor. Word processing is done as it is in English in Word. Another nice feature of these tools is that they can be used in other MS applications as well, like Power Point, Access and Excel.
