Deidre,

Its very eaasy to copy an audio file from the internet onto a cassette.
All you really need is an audio cable for interconnecting audio
componets.  I use a 1/8" stereo miniplug to 1/8" stereo miniplug and
simply connect audio out from my computer to aux. in on my cassette
recorder.  Do keep in mind that sound quality will not be HIFI.
