Taste of Ireland Baking Class
Date: Wednesday, March 13, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Location: King Arthur Flour, 135 US RT 5, Norwich, VT 05055
Cost: $50 per person
Join the King Arthur Flour team for a festive evening of Irish baking! In this class, you'll go beyond the typical soda bread to make a tender Irish Apple Cake, as well
as traditional Irish Oatcakes. In addition to what you've made in class, you'll also leave with the confidence to recreate these recipes at home. Because you will likely have baked treats to take home after class, you may want to bring a container for your
trip home. Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind coating with flour. We recommend close-toe, protective shoes and minimal jewelry. We provide aprons and towels. Classroom will open 15 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin.
