Making one together! You and your sweetheart will dive into the rich and delicious world of chocolate making. You will make flavored ganache, rolling truffles, tempering chocolate and adding your own decorative touches - you will create a delicious box of chocolates. Bring yourself or come as a couple. Social/Cash Bar: 5:30pm; Dinner is served at 6:15pm; Dancing from 7-10:30pm. Live music provided by Smoke and Mirrors. Many door prizes including a $1,500 travel voucher, grand prize.
