Dear Colleagues, I am looking for both experts on food in Sudan, and literature on the topic. There are many archaeologists and archaeobotanists that I already know working there, but no-one who really focuses on food. In other words, I do not know any one who feels comfortable to write up an *etat de recherche* on the history of food in Sudan. I am also more interested in anthropological and ethnographic accounts of food, rather than archaeology-heavy literature that seems to be all that is available. I would appreciate any pointers or suggestions.
