Evidence-Based Tips




Each new season brings new areas of wellness into consideration. Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.) is a type of depression displaying a recurring seasonal pattern. Symptoms include increased sadness, changes in appetite, reduced energy, changes in sleep, etc. Light therapy can be very helpful for some, while others benefit from increased Vitamin D and exercise.
