Evidence-Based Tips

Grief involves many different emotions, actions and expressions, all of which help us come to terms with loss. Grief is not a straight path and can present different experiences for each of us. Please be gentle with yourself, take care of yourself and look to others for support. Whether you’re in Hanover or away, you can always reach out to the Counselor-On-Call at Dick’s House Counseling Center.

Learn more about the 5 stages of grief, read some tips from Mayo Clinic on how to deal with grief, or find out more about the ways we grieve.
