Have to say it is so special be looking at such cool birds ! Lots of variety and scads of birds. These birds are sprinkled "everywhere" at these 2 spots. . More so as the tide ebbs. And we are talking miles of newly vacated water for now sand. As I'm looking at Forster]s Terns preening on the shore edge I spy a single Great Shearwater fly by.cool. I followed it with my scope. Did the same for a Brant. Many WW Scoters and 2 Surfs. Of the 100's of Black-b. Plovers..I tried for an Am. Golden Plover.like trying to find a needle in the haystack. The Forster's were way cool. A lot of preening. Dennis Chapin Beach, Barnstable, Massachusetts, US Oct 3, 2018 8:45 AM - 11:15 AM Protocol: Traveling 1.3 mile(s) Comments: Amazing birds 2nd day in a row.
