Please see below the announcement and call for proposals for the 2018 fall conference of MWALLT, the Midwest Association of Language Learning & Technology! We welcome language center directors, foreign language instructors at all levels, as well as grad students. Please forward this email to others who might be interested in joining us in the fall.
The Midwest Association for Language Learning Technology (MWALLT) will hold its 2018 conference on October 13, 2018.
The conference will be held simultaneously on three different campuses so that presenters and attendees can gather at the site closest
These campus hosts will be:
Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan
University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota
University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas
In addition, two other opportunities for participation in the conference will be offered:
Hubs: Schools or language centers are invited to volunteer to host a “hub.” This will be a gathering that will participate virtually in the conference and also collaborate locally. Below we invite proposals for hub participation.
Virtual participation:Those who cannot make it to a host or a hub can participate virtually via Zoom and interact with people who are attending virtually as well as those who are attending face-to-face.
