Meet in the parking lot off NH Route 10 about a half-mile south of the Hanover Business District. It is on the right just before the road crosses Mink Brook. Approaching from the south, the lot will be on your left just after you cross the brook. The parking area is adjacent to a fenced in electric substation.
Our walk will be on the trail that goes west to the Connecticut River. The trail is a level, unpaved route. It may be damp or muddy in some spots due to recent rain.
The event is free and open to the public. All experience levels are welcome. Bring binoculars and/or spotting scopes as you prefer.
