Here's what you need to know for this week:
Spin + Outdoor Rides
Please remember to try and attend your goal group's spin class, or wait until 3:35 to take a bike. Even better, bike outside with the team!! We will make sure that no one is left behind.

You will get an email from me soon if you don't have enough practices to get the subsidy. You still have time to make it to 13 practices!
If you are new to biking, make sure you really try to get in some practice before the race. The last BRick (bike-run) practice transition workout will be this Saturday at 11 am.
If you are new to snake swim, come to Tuesday swim so you get an idea of how it works.
Run Workouts
Please note that we have changed our Thursday run format so that you don't have to worry about getting lost. Everyone is encouraged to come- we have a ton of different paces!
Exec Meeting
This week we talked a little bit more about our new mission statement (which should hopefully be released soon) and making sure that no one gets lost or left behind as we move to outdoor workouts.
