Due to need to address a shortened academic calendar, our language department plans to conduct some course assessments (quizzes/tests) in our lab. The idea is to have students sign up for testing times and only allow 1-2 test takers at any one time; however, as the lab is used for learning activities, security and distraction will an issue.  

While we have a dedicated lab specialist, we feel we need to address the to promote privacy, reduced ambient distraction,and deter cheating for a workstation or two on a "when-needed" basis.  

Is anyone aware of modular or pull-out partitions that would allow a lab to partition workstations when needed?   For example, I've seen the accordion-like doors for homes and am wondering if such a thing exists where it could be mounted to a wall and then extended out between tables/workstations on a temporary basis.

Does anyone know of half-size (starting at table height and going up) and/or modular partitions for use when a lab or classroom space needs to create more secure, segregated mini-spaces?

Despite having an ever-present lab specialist, we do plan to invest in security cameras that will be permanently mounted to allow us to record test taking sessions.  If anyone has recommendations for relatively affordable camera systems, would you share your recommendations?  

Finally, if anyone knows of sites where one could find examples of labs that have undergone similar transformation or taken on a greater testing role as part of their service, I'd really be interested in learning about them.
