The Science Olympiad at Dartmouth |
The Science Olympiad at Dartmouth is a great opportunity to get involved in STEM outreach and planning, we are looking for 3 graduate students to jump onboard to be part of this initiative for 2018. Steering committee members will have access to a strong network of Science Olympiad alumni at numerous institutions across the nation, opening up networking channels and strengthening skills in event planning, communication, and outreach. We are looking for a group of students to take the helm for the 2018 Science Olympiad and develop a GSC-recognized group, fully supported by the School of Graduate and Advanced Outreach program, and further supported with assistance from corporate and foundation relations. The 2018 event will be in December, but there are opportunities for connecting, presenting, and planning in the run-up throughout the year, with varying time commitment levels. Please contact Amanda Skinner if you are interested or if you would like to learn more.
