Ditto here on Old Lyme Road in Hanover.  Suspect it may have something to do with the crazy heat this week?

after Irene but I still had  healthy numbers.  But over the past 2 weeks I have had virtually NO birds....a few woodpeckers are visiting the suet, but not much more.  I used to have 20+ mourning doves and even they are gone.  I have had sharp-shinned hawks

around, but they have always been prevalent.  Anyone else experiencing this?...any ideas as to why this may have occurred?
