David,

It's in some fields along a snowmobile trail that runs north off of Oak Street in Newport.
Oak Street is off of Main Street (Route 10). The snowmobile trail is located just west of Kyle Drive and runs parallel with Kyle Drive. Walk north for about half a mile and there will be two fields on your right. It's seen anywhere in those fields hunting in the evening. There surely will be a lot of birders to help you find your way there. Hope this helps.
