Hi Sharon, I was a tester and moved to Win10 over the summer and had no problems with Spanish diacriticals (US Int’l keyboard layout). BUT in the last week or two, I’ve noticed an on-again/ off-again issue with the upside down question marks (¿), exclamation marks (¡) and the ñ when using the alt key to get them. It is inconsistent and I’ve not yet noticed a particular pattern, but sometimes that keyboard input results in nothing happening on the screen, sometimes it opens a help window (or other type of window) or gives me something else I was not expecting. I’m curious to see if anyone else has had anything similar. (1) Has anyone noticed specific problems with non-English languages and Windows 10? (2) What is the best way to install the Russian phonetic keyboard (AATSEEL, Russian for Gringos) for Windows 10?
