I think many species have been a week or two early this year with the end of winter and early spring being milder overall. I was a bit surprised to have a Black-throated Blue Warbler, a Northern Parula and a Northern Waterthrush at our camp on Halls Pond in West Newbury this morning. Also present was a Spotted Sandpiper working the shoreline.
