I think many species have been a week or two early this year with the end
of winter and early spring being milder overall. I was a bit surprised to
have a Black-throated Blue Warbler, a Northern Parula and a
Northern Waterthrush at our camp on Halls Pond in West Newbury this
morning. Also present was a Spotted Sandpiper working the shoreline.
