have had a harrier for a few days at our place in bethel. also fairly sure we saw a merlin, though only 80% certain on the id as while it was very close i did not have my binocs with me.

At 5:45 pm today a Northern Harrier was flying low over the fields near Marton x Pond Roads in Windsor, VT. The bird appeared to drop into the grass for a successful hunt, then rise and fly away. 
     We witnessed this from the road to the new water tank between the Turkey Lot and the red pump house. Michael.
