OSP is excited to announce that three reports for RAPPORT data have been added to Institutional Reporting and Analysis (IRA).  IRA is a tool that extracts information from applications like RAPPORT and OGA and presents them in a report-friendly environment.

 

·         Current and Pending – lists current awards and/or pending proposals on which the person selected in the report filter is either PI or Senior Key Person (SKP)

·         Awards by PI – lists active and/or closed awards for a set of filter criteria

·         Proposals by PI – lists pending proposals for a set of filter criteria

 

These three reports do not apply organizational level data security.  Hence, users may view summarized data for proposals and awards managed outside their organization.

 

I encourage you to read the attached How To document regarding accessing IRA and running the reports.

 

Over the next several months, OSP will be working on additional self-service RAPPORT reports and we welcome your thoughts and suggestions on future reporting endeavors.
