After Anthem: What All Faculty Need to Know to About Securing Their Information, 12:30pm - 2:00pm, Wednesday, October 14, 2015
In light of the recent security breaches impacting millions of individuals, the ITS Security Team will present a cyber security seminar for Dartmouth faculty and staff. Learn about credit monitoring and other tools you can use to protect yourself and your family, understand the motives behind cyber attacks, and how to mitigate risks to personal devices and data.

Teaching Science Seminar: Recruiting underrepresented students to grad school, 12:00am - 1:30pm, Thursday, October 15, 2015
Terry McGlynn, Associate Professor of Biology at Cal State Dominguez Hills, will discuss strategies for broadening recruitment of students from groups underrepresented in science into graduate programs at research universities.  In particular, he will discuss ways to reach out to students with great research potential from regional comprehensive universities.
