3) When you fill out cells of a table, is there an easy way of filling the same text in one column instead of inserting a text in the top row first, then selecting it, pasting it as often as the number of rows?

If you want to fill in the same text in a column (or row) of a table, you can do that with Powerfind:

1. Select the table column (using <shift><command>A)
2. In the Find window:
   a. select “Powerfind” from “Using:"
   b. select “In Selection” from “Where:”
   c. Put “Start of Paragraph” from “Special Positions” > ‘gear’ menu in the Find box
   d. Put the text you want to insert in the Replace box
3. Do “Replace All”

Hope that helps
