Hi Team!

Some of you were still wondering about the practice schedule, and I
realized I don't think we ever sent it out to this list... so I wanted to
share what we have so far. Runs, strength, and outdoor cycles still
somewhat flexible if you have strong preferences or concerns! Also let us
know if you want to be added to the team groupme!

Monday

·      3-4pm spin

·      4-4:30 strength

OR

·      3-4:30 outdoor cycle (while whether permits)

Tuesday

·      8:30am swim

Wednesday

·      4:15pm run with DERT from Robo (optional, recovery)

Thursday

·      8:30pm swim

·      possible strength?

Friday

·      4pm “café” ride with Cycling Team from Robo (optional, recovery)

Saturday

·      afternoon track workout

Sunday

·      self-organized long slow distance (LSD) run, ride, or swim
