CFP: Web 2.0 and "Bring Your Own Device" pedagogies have radically changed what instructors and students alike can do in today's classrooms. Activities and practices that were once impossible are now commonplace with NearpodĀ®, ThinglinkĀ®, and many other apps and mobile device advances. This session proposes to showcase some of the cutting edge teacher and/or student activities that these new technologies can support in the teaching of Cinema. Particularly welcome are papers providing evidence-based assessment results demonstrating increases in student engagement, retention or understanding.

Please submit abstracts to NeMLA's CFP page (https://www.cfplist.com/nemla/Home/cfp), session ID 15875. Abstracts must be submitted by 30 SEP.
