It has been a FANTASTIC season in Boston Lot/Landmark!

A big part of that is how well the trails have been maintained. Lots of folks pitched in throughout the year to clear dead falls, put in drainage, and even weed-whack. To them a huge thanks!

But the biggest impact comes from the two works days we have each year, in the Spring and Fall. On those days Mountain Bikers, Trail Runners, and Hikers come together to pitch in and make a difference. We've fixed up old trails, finished new ones, put in bridges, and hardened a lot of trail.

UVMBA's Fall work day will be on October 4th, starting at 9am and running until around 2pm. We'll be meeting at Nature Walk and most likely splitting into a couple groups to tackle some needed work on the lower trails. This will help us get ready for the inevitable Winter season and next Spring. Afterwards we'll bring in pizza and beverages for everyone who's pitched in.
