Hey DMBC, 


    It was great seeing so many of you on Wednesday night!! 😃 A couple of things as we move forward:


    Firstly, I am putting together a document with some sample routes for each of riding levels (beginner, intermediate, etc) so we have a better template for what each of these levels mean. I will create a file in the google drive where we store club information. If you have routes you’d like to contribute, please blitz them to me for now, and if someone wants to take over organizing/compiling these let me know.


    Secondly, Robo is booked Wednesday at 8 pm,😩 so we will need to reschedule. Our options are 8 pm on Mondays, 8 pm Tuesdays, or 9:15 pm Wednesdays. Please blitz me back if you have a preference!!!! Or if you convince whoever it is to reschedule. Either way. I will tally up the emails and announce the winning time Sunday evening.


    Lastly, our current leader requirements can be found at the bottom of this email. Our leadership requirements have been an evolving process over the last year, and we will continue to discuss and change them as needed.  We will blitz out about Group Dynamics (GD), Risk Management (RM), First Aid, and CPR when they are scheduled. We will also blitz out when we schedule trail workdays and maintenance workshops. Feel free to blitz me with any questions!!

  5. Trailwork day:
    1. i.e. bringing japanese saw and clearing blowdowns in spring; leafblowing; trailbuilding
  6. Maintenance:
    1. attend 1 workshop Wednesday meeting (not regular bikes and brews) run by the workshop chairs
  7. Co-lead
    1. 1 co-lead where you are watching a leader
  8. Co-Lead Test (must know following skills)
