I am pleased to announce the publication of the first issue of the IALLT Journal for 2015, just in time for the upcoming IALLT/FLEAT Conference at Harvard. The issue includes three articles that address the use of handheld devices to support language learning and an article on the use of Facebook in a multi-level Spanish program:

The Articles:
“Mobile-Assisted Language Learning: Application Development Projects within Reach for Language Teachers” by Dana Lindaman and Dan Nolan

“iPadding sixth graders to impact language learning” by Sonia Rocca

“Facebook as a Virtual Learning Space to Connect Multiple Language Classrooms” by Paul L. Sebastian and Rob A. Martinsen

“Implementing and managing online extensive reading: Student performance and perceptions” by Travis Cote and Brett Milliner

In addition, our new Legal Issues editor Julie Evershed discusses issues of ownership and access with intangible digital goods.
