I have suggested to the department that they build their placement tests in Bb for all of the reasons that you mention as Bb has a lot of the same capabilities. I think they will look into it. Our Bb specialists on campus are great and will definitely be able to help the department build an outstanding test. I think the issue remains with the content and strategies needed to build a really good test. Would you consider providing me with access to one of your exams so that I can show it as an example to the Chair? Thanks so much and have a great day, Tina ************************************************************************** LLTI is a service of IALLT, the International Association for Language Learning Technologies (http://iallt.org/), and Dartmouth College Join IALLT at http://iallt.org<http://iallt.org/>.
