Conference registration rates go up tomorrow and the Special Graduate Student ends today.  Don't miss out on the early bird pricing!  

Registration rates:

Base fee:

• Early Bird Full Conference Registration: IALLT members (ends June 15) – $350.00 (USD).  Save $50!
• Early Bird Full Conference Registration: J-LET & CALICO members (ends June 15) – $350.00 (USD).  Save $50!
• Early Bird Full Conference Registration: Non-members (ends June 15) – $425.00 (USD).  Save $75!
  If you would like to register using the member rate, please join IALLT first and then register for the conference.
• Full Conference Registration: IALLT members – $400.00 (USD)
• Full Conference Registration: Students (discount rate ends June 15) – $300.00 (USD).  Save $100!
  Registrants are required to be student members of IALLT to qualify. This rate is only available during the early-bird registration period.
• Late and On-site Full Conference Registration – $500.00 (USD)
  beginning Aug 2
• Single day Registration: 12 Aug, Wednesday (includes Regional luncheon) – $150.00 (USD)
• Single day Registration: 13 Aug, Thursday (Banquet not included) – $150.00 (USD)
• Single day Registration: 14 Aug, Friday – $150.00 (USD)
• Workshop and Special events add-on – Variable
  You may only use this option if you have already registered for the conference and wish to add additional workshops, special events, or guest tickets

  • Add-on pre-conference workshops on Tuesday and post-conference workshops on Saturday ($50 each for half day and $100 for full day)
    
  • IALLT-sponsored workshops during the main conference days at no extra cost to attendees
  • IALLT Board and Council meeting Tuesday afternoon
  • Main conference sessions Wednesday-Friday
  • IALLT Annual Business Meeting Thursday morning
  • IALLT 50th Anniversary celebration throughout conference
    

  Full conference registration includes:
