Can you say "prairie warbler?" Will Union Village Dam Park's celebrated visitor be on hand when we take to the field for our next walk on the "Mystery Trail" this coming Friday at 7:00 a.m.?

Who knows what other surprises await? Please join us as we scout for the "usual suspects" and unexpected visitors like last week's blue-winged warbler and this week's prairie warbler.

Enter the park through the gate across the street from E.C. Brown's Nursery on VT Rt. 113. We'll be gathering at a parking area on the left about 300 yards into the park. Bring binoculars or a scope if you have them. Bug repellant is recommended. The black flies are out. Once we get out on the "Mystery Trail" the ground can be uneven and soggy. Please wear appropriate foot gear.

The walk is free and open to the public. All levels of experience are welcome.
