Hi all,

The DOC Banquet is tomorrow at 6 PM -- looking forward to seeing a number of you there!

Those of you who are able to get yourself to the Lodge (in personal cars, with friends, etc.), please please do soAgain, there will be several shuttles leaving from behind Robinson Hall at 5 PM sharp, but space will be limited and seats will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. I'm also still in the market for one or two more microbus drivers, so if you're certified and want a guaranteed ride up, email back.

Reminder: dinner is free! However, please only come if you've already given the Lodge a heads-up; we're already at capacity, so unfortunately no last-minute reservations.

And that's it! Hope you're excited for a laid-back evening of lots of good food, good company, and reflecting on the last year in this awesome Club.

Sorry for the omission -- the Banquet will begin at 6 PM on the 26th, with shuttles leaving campus at 5 PM and dinner being served at 6:30. You should expect to be home at 9 PM, or 10 at the very latest.

Hi DOC!

Please consider this your official invitation to the DOC’s Spring Banquet, our annual year-end celebratory dinner whose agenda includes many thank-yous, awards, trip retrospectives, the sending-off of the old leadership, the welcoming of the new, and, of course, Fine Food. The Banquet will held next Tuesday, May 26th at none other than the Moosilauke Ravine Lodge.

The guests will be a mix of current student leaders, alums, advisors to the DOC, OPO and other College staff. If you feel like this would be a meaningful event for you as well and you would like to attend, please RSVP to the Lodge by this Thursday PM with the number in your party and any dietary restrictions (the Lodge's number is 6036466543). There will be several shuttles running from Hanover the evening of the 26th; seats will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

On a related note, the estimable Rory Gawler is compiling a slideshow for the event and we want your photos! The way to get them to us: upload to the DOC SmugMug account, the best DOC resource you didn't even know existed. Here are the instructions for how to get your awesome trip/event pics up where everyone can see them: http://doc.dartmouth.edu/wiki/DOC_Photos_Website.

And that's it! Upload your photos, email this account back if you have any questions, and hopefully we'll see a bunch of you next Tuesday!

YITOOD,

Hunter and Cedar, DOC presidents past and present
