I'm so stoked to get the term started with training! The schedule this week is...
Monday 3-4 pm Spin in the room off the gym (3 pm sharp because we have to be out by 4!!) Remember to bring your own towel!
Tuesday 7:30--Swim
Thursday 6-7 pm Strength in Manley 87
We'll be groupme'ing out about run times to see what will work best for everyone.
