HUGE flocks of Red-winged Blackbirds stopping in my Passumpsic Ave neighborhood. Counted easily 50 in a few trees next to my neighbors house, and it seemed new flocks just as big kept coming through! (Unless it was the same bachelor flock just circling back around). What would they be gleaning off of branches, and under Hemlocks this time of year?
