Student-Faculty Dialogue on Moving Dartmouth Forward, 12:00pm - 1:30pm, Tuesday, February 24, 2015 

On January 29, President Hanlon announced a five-point plan for Moving Dartmouth Forward. I am writing to invite you to participate in a student-faculty dialogue about this set of initiatives. The aim is for faculty and students to share their views with one another and to generate some concrete responses to the President’s proposal. Learning IgnitED, 12:30pm - 1:30pm, Wednesday, February 25, 2015 

This quarterly series will feature high-energy, engaging teaching and learning stories - and in future sessions - opportunities for faculty and campus partners to "pitch" innovative ideas on enhancing their teaching and learning.

The winter Learning IgnitED session will feature presentations by Emily Walton (Sociology) on using WordPress for an oral history project, Michael Evans (Film & Media Studies) on facilitating student-run discussions, and Paul Christesen (Classics) on fostering student engagement in a large enrollment course.
