Try setting a script to run on window close in file options, with the one step – Halt Script.

Doesn’t prevent the user from exiting an app (kiosk mode for that), but it does disable the close button.

Subject: Re: Disabling the stop light on apple file windows in FMP12

Thank you for this link.  I did find this information but seems only to work on new windows created from the database.  I am looking to disable the close window red button on top of each window in my database solution.

Any ideas on how to do that?

Can anyone point me in the right direction that will allow me to disable a users ability to close a filemaker solution using the red stop light button at the top of the window while in a filemaker solution?

I am using FMP 12

I am using FM Server

Thanks for any assistance with this.
