Subject: LEADERS PLEASE READ - TOMORROW: Get to know OPO!

Hi DOC!

Tomorrow at 12:30 PM in Robinson Hall the DOC will be holding its annual (late) lunch meeting with OPO. The idea is to introduce new leaders to the good folks of Outdoor Programs and their jobs as they relate to the DOC, and to reacquaint older leaders with all the logistics involved in leading trips, including a few updates.

~ IMPORTANT: THERE WILL BE FREE PIZZA ~ 

This meeting is strongly encouraged for all leaders across all sub-clubs (here's looking at you DMC, Ledyard, CnT, MBC, B&B, Farm, WSC). It is even more strongly encouraged (read: mandatory) for new leaders, i.e. anyone who has not attended this event in a prior year, as well as clubs heads.

 

If you fall into any of those three groups, please be in Robo tomorrow at 12:30. The meeting will be quick, and you have an x-hour you can definitely stop leave early or stop by for the last bit.
