I asked my mother about the stainless steel pan and she said it was most likely from Fissler. They advertized, that it should work like a non stick coating - which actually did not work quite as well as the advert said. A picture similar to this pan is: http://www.cookplanet.de/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/S/o/Solea-Pfanne_17.jpg

But she also had one with little holes similar to this: http://schulteufer-onlineshop.com/Schulte_Ufer_Edelstahlpfannen/Schulte_Ufer_Romana_Bratpfanne/636228.html

I also found a small pan with honeycomb indents in my possession - having a non stick coating a long time ago. Without the coating the "non stick" is no more.

Maybe some of the producers share infos on their lab results.
