It was a terrific morning at Mink Brook. A number of new arrivals, and it was great to hear the forest come alive again with familiar songs. And Mink Brook is now mostly a huge mudflat, especially the upper half. 

Below are my highlights from Mink Brook Preserve:
Cooper's Hawk- 1
Bald Eagle- 1 juvenile
Broad-winged Hawk- 4
Blue-headed Vireo- 1
Brown Creeper- 4
House Wren- 2
Winter Wren- 2 FOS
Hermit Thrush- 1
Ovenbird- 1
Louisiana Waterthrush- 1
Black-and-white Warbler- 1
American Redstart- 1 FOS
Northern Parula- 2 FOS
Black-throated Green Warbler- 1
Baltimore Oriole- 1 FOS stunning male

And my highlights from Mink Brook Wetlands:
Green Heron- 2
Spotted Sandpiper- 1
Solitary Sandpiper- 4
Winter Wren- 1
Hermit Thrush- 1
Louisiana Waterthrush- 1
Black-and-white Warbler- 1
Chestnut-sided Warbler- 2 FOS
