ReLANpro translates into Service……..in Klingon


It is often mentioned that your product is only as good as your service.
April Fools’ Day is approaching and the title of this blog shouldn’t be taken too seriously. But all joking aside, the opinion of our clients is extremely important to us.
We strive ourselves in providing excellent service and hands-on training by people who understand teachers and IT staff. We are proud to be able to say we always receive compliments about our support in the implementation of our ReLANpro Language software.

Last week during a visit to Prosper ISD in Texas, we performed a refresher training session for existing and new teachers using the ReLANpro Language Lab software.  As always, our training session concluded with the phrase:  “if you have any thoughts on making this training better, or want to provide feedback, you can email us at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>”.

We would like to take this opportunity to share with you the feedback we received, within 24 hours after the training.

Training today was very beneficial.  While most of us are usually disgruntled teachers who dread training, today was actually a big help.  He was eager to help us and we are glad he was able to come in and help us today.  It makes the software actually usable!

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the training that your trainer did at our school today. Often professional development sessions are kind of a waste time, but this was really valuable, and I learned things that I can implement right away.  He explained everything really well and was patient with even the most inane of questions.  I appreciate all he did to make this a great day!
