Please see the attached flyer regarding the University of Oregon Paleoethnobotany Field Class (July 2014).  Students will work collaboratively with the UO archaeology field school at Rimrock Draw Rockshelter, a significant Pleistocene-aged human occupation site in Oregon.  The course is designed to provide hands-on experience collecting, processing and analyzing charred seeds and charcoal from excavations at the site in order to gain insight into ancient human diets and past climatic conditions.
