Greetings,
An innovative concept for foreign language vocabulary study will be ready for beta testing and feedback from foreign language teachers and students later this week.  This iPad gaming app, Call to Knowledge, embeds Spanish, French or German vocabulary in an authentic game context.  It is designed to support 13 – 22 year old foreign language students in your classes.  Your feedback will help this entrepreneurial team improve the educational value and gaming experience.

We hope you will register your iPad today using the information below so you’ll be ready to play the beta version as soon as it is released from the developer. Once you have played and completed a follow up survey, you will be eligible for a free download of the commercial version when it becomes available.  The beta test window is scheduled for Friday, February 14th – Friday, February 21st.  You’ll get a confirmation email to let you know when the beta is ready.  We encourage you to pass along this information to your students and other colleagues and have fun playing!

Appreciatively,

Directions for registering your iPad, providing feedback, and obtaining your free commercial download of the game:

1) Register your device at this link-   http://tflig.ht/1atGaPD . Note- it is not necessary for you to download the flight test application itself. You only need to register on this site. (This is easiest if you open this email on your iPad.)

2) You will receive a second email this Friday containing a download for Call to Knowledge. You must access this email on the iPad device itself in order to access the game.

3) Complete all six stages of the first level of Call to Knowledge- have fun while playing!

4) Please fill out our survey regarding Call to Knowledge. It is crucial that you fill this out completely, as it will prompt you for your information to send you a free download of the completed game once it is released on iTunes-  you cannot receive the free download unless you fill this out. Below is the link to the survey:

Even after completing the beta, please feel free to continue playing the beta version of the game. I will be sending a future email regarding a google document where you can directly report bugs to our developer if you choose to do so.

Again, Thank you all for your participation. If you have any questions, please email them to me and I will do my best to address them in a timely fashion.

Cordially,

~Z.A.K
