Dear Grant Management and Finance Colleagues,

You may have heard that the government released the new circular that will govern grants management. The new circular, lovingly called "Supercircular" combines A110, A21 and A133 among other circulars. The changes will be subsequently incorporated into the guidance documents for each federal agency. Agencies have six months to develop their plans. The new rules will go into effect no later than next December and possibly sooner for individual agencies.

OSP is still digesting the new circular which was released the day before the holiday break. I think that most of the changes are incremental efforts to either streamline or "tighten" up compliance and accountability.

I wanted to alert you to a half day webinar on Monday. Given your busy schedules, you can rely on OSP to learn the new requirements and provide you with information and training as needed. However, you are more than welcome to join us.

Thanks.
