A West Coast birding friend of a friend is planning a trip next month to New England and the Mid Atlantic states....first time visit to Northern New England.

 

My suggestions include a possible pelagic trip from Maine or Mass, (unless its too late in the season), Plum Island,  coastal RI, maybe the Great Swamp in central NJ and of course Cape May.

 

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
