Hold down the on-screen key for each letter a moment, and variants for that form will appear, slide the finger to the chosen letter and let go - e for é, c for ç, and so on. 

Also, you can switch between national keyboards; the selection of diacritics will vary between each keyboard (thus e.g. only Polish will allow the crossed-out l, ł ). But your three examples are so common that they will probably be in every national variant, certainly in Portuguese (Brazil) as well as English.
