There are tons of things you could do with presentational mode and technology - writing - in blogs and wikis speaking - try Voki, VoiceThread, AudioBoo, Vocaroo, there are many more online tools!! And for activities - anything that you would have your students say in class but now you are not limited to the classroom - be creative!
