Today, in Wilder, Vt. About 3 PM. Appears to have a silver band on right leg. Possibly a dark band on the left? Don&#39;t know if that&#39;s done or if it&#39;s just it&#39;s feathers. These photos are  a huge crop- like 1/10 of the picture. Perhaps someone knows about the bands, even so. <br>
